Online Education Enables Worldwide Participation
American colleges and universities during the 2008-2009 school year saw a record of almost 672 000 international student numbers, according to an annual open day of the Institute of International Education. Most students from India, China and South Korea come, and most large companies and management and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education, the report said.
